What is an Escape Game?

Escape games are the newest craze sweeping the nation – a fun, team-building, brain-busting experience! After entering a room, the door is closed behind you.  You will have only 60 minutes to escape! You must work together in order to find clues and solve puzzles that will lead you to your escape. Can you do it?

Are you really going to lock us in?

No! Your safety is our top priority, so we don't really lock you in. Any player can leave the room at any time if necessary. However, if you do so it will not count as a successful escape and you  will not be allowed back in. We would love to see you hang in there and finish the game!

Do I need to bring anything with me to escape?

Just your friends, family, or co-workers and a winning spirit! You will only need the clues within the rooms to escape.

What skills do we need?

Escape games are a mental workout, but teamwork is what will determine your success. Your team needs to cooperate and work together in finding logical and creative solutions.

Our rooms have different difficulty levels: They are designed for first time players to the most proficient players. There is no huge jump in terms of puzzles' difficulties except that the harder escape game requires more critical thinking and quicker puzzle solving skills.

What time should my group arrive?

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes prior to your booking. We will spend that time signing waivers, going over rules and game briefing. We do have to keep a strict schedule, so if you arrive late you may not receive the full 60 minutes in the room. Plan on the entire experience lasting 1.5 hours. 15 Minutes prior to the start of the game and 15 minutes after for a game debriefing.

Will I play with strangers?

If you wish to have a room for your group only, you must purchase all tickets for the room capacity for the game you wish to attend. Simply check the PRIVATE ROOM box  when selecting the number of participants. 
You do not need to have the maximum number of participants, but you do need to pay for the full room. Otherwise it is very likely that other people will purchase tickets and be playing the game with your group.

Can we Just Show Up?

Yes! But PLEASE BE AWARE  drop-ins are welcome but reservations will be honored first. We highly recommend that you book through our booking page to see our available game times. You can also make reservations by calling us at 760-668-9041

What if I have less than 4 players?

Games are designed for 4-6 players for the optimal experience. If you want to take the challenge with less than 4 players, you may still reserve the room. Additional rates may apply for private room.

Is there an age limit?

Children under 13 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. All players under 18 will need a parent/guardian’s signature on the safety waiver in order to play. Please click here to download waiver.

What happens if we don't solve anything?

We designed our games in such a way that the puzzles are coherent with the story lines and there are no random puzzles. Try to correlate information you have and think outside the box. Each room will have a game master that will give you clues if you are stuck. After all, the most important thing is to have fun! Remember, it's not only about trying to escape, it's about the full escaping experience!

Is there a limit to the number Of players?

There is a minimum of  2 players but a maximum of 6-8 players (depending on the game room). 

Are the tickets refundable?

Sorry, but all sales are final.

Can I take pictures or videos in the room?

Sorry, no selfies in the escape rooms. We will take group pictures for you and your party in our lobby for you to share.

Safety Regulations

Players who are pregnant, elderly or have any underlying heart and breathing problems are suggested to join with extra precaution.

Players are recommended not to wear any form of clothing, shoes or accessories that will hinder movement and result in accidental injury.


We reserve the right to refuse admittance to people appearing visibly intoxicated by alcohol or drugs. In this scenario, you will receive no refund or rescheduling. We take the safety of our staff and other guests very seriously.
